For smaller items, the actual shipping charges may be LESS than the chart. The chart is based on UPS rates. Many of our small items ship via the USPS which is often cheaper than UPS.

Rifles, Hats and Poles require additional shipping charges. UPS charges additional shipping for certain items due to their size. Please ADD the following costs to the shipping & handling charges from the above chart.

  • Rifles - $3.00 each
  • Hats - $3.00 each
  • Poles - $1.00 each for quantities of 11 or more; $11.00 total for quantities less than 11

Oversize items require ADDITIONAL shipping charges (podiums, large cases of shoes, plume cases, maces, hat boxes, garment bags, banner frames & stands, etc.)

*If shipping address provided by the customer is a residential address, customer is authorizing carrier to leave merchandise without signature. Customer assumes liability at that point.

Arizona shipping addresses add 8.05% sales tax.

Alaska & Hawaii customers, please email us for shipping & handling charges.

We only ship within the United States.


Terms of Sales

  1. Payment must be received before shipment is sent. The fastest way to order is by using VISA or MasterCard. If you're not able to use a credit card, you may send a money order or check. Checks will have to clear the bank before order can be sent. Make check or money order payable to Western Band Specialties.
  2. Payment must be received before order is placed into production for custom ordered items. Custom made items are NOT returnable.
  3. There's a $5.00 service charge for all orders with a total purchase price less than $20.00 (excludes shipping charges).

Western Band Specialties is not liable for any damage, loss or injury, direct or consequential, caused by the use or inability to use any items purchased from them.

The only items that are returnable are shoes and boots and only for EXCHANGE. If exchanging shoes or boots, they MUST be in new condition and have NOT been worn except for trying on for size. Contact us before exchanging. Exchanges MUST be made within 30 days from invoice date. No exchanges accepted after 30 days. Customer is responsible for the postage charges and any other expenses incurred for exchanges.
